zoey deign works hard to provide its customers with a fast, convenient and reliable shopping experience. For this purpose, it has a SSL certificate. This certificate prevents your information from being viewed by third parties. Your membership information is only checked by zoey design’s team and your credit card information is only checked by your banks. Your credit card information is never seen by zoey design’s team.
SSL SECURITY (Secure Socket Layer) is a security protocol developed by Netscape to provide security and confidentiality during the transfer of information over SSL network. With the release of version 3.0 in 1996, it became a standard supported by almost all internet browsers (Microsoft Explorer, Netscape Navigator, etc.) and found wide application areas. SSL ensures that the information sent can be decrypted strictly and only at the correct address. The information is automatically encrypted before sending and can only be decrypted by the correct recipient. Confidentiality and integrity of the transaction and information is maintained by verification on both sides. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair the product without charge, or replace it, or credit it at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, laundering, normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use. In some cases, damage not covered under warranty can be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
For warranty evaluation, the consumer must return the product to our zoey design studio with the original purchase receipt.
This warranty gives specific legal rights; it does not affect any other statutory rights you may have as a consumer and which may vary from country to country.
You may pay for your goods by credit card, debit card or wire transfer. We accept most payment cards, like: Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Payment must be made in the currency as indicated on your order before you submit it.
If you pay by credit or debit card, you must supply your card details when you place your order. Your credit or debit card will be debited for the total value of your order at the time your order is dispatched. We will not accept your order, neither will we supply the goods to you until your credit or debit card issuer has authorised the use of your card for payment of the goods ordered or your wire transfer reaches our bank account indicated in the order confirmation mail. If we do not receive such authorisation, we will notify you. We reserve the right to verify the identity of the credit or debit card holder by requesting appropriate documentation.
Your goods will be supplied after your payment is cleared. If we do not receive payment in cleared funds within 3 days after the date of your order, your order will be cancelled. We will send the goods to you at the delivery address indicated on your order confirmation.
We do our very best to ensure that you receive your zoey design products as fast as possible. Our products are distributed from our studio in Istanbul, Turkey.
Shipping is free of charge for the orders over 1.100 TL within Turkey. The fix shipping fee for the orders below 1.100 TL will be added automatically to the total amount on the cart page.
1-4 working days for the orders in Istanbul
2-5 working days for the rest of the cities in Turkey
In the weekdays (except national days) the goods ordered until 13:00 will be shipped on the shipping days, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
The shipping fees be calculated by our system and added automatically to the total amount on the cart page. You will see the total amount before placing the order.
2-4 working days for Europe
3-6 working days for the rest of the world
It is our goal to deliver within the above-mentioned times, however, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties.
Order cut-off times are provided as a guideline only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.
Orders will be processed in accordance with the Terms & Condition. We are unable to change the delivery address on orders.

Orders may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country, so we advise all our customers to contact their local Customs office or tax authority. The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges.
The amount to be paid will depend on the type of goods and where they are produced (Country of Origin). As stated above, it is the customers’ responsibility to cover any duties and fees levied by their own country (if applicable). If you do not pay this fee, local custom regulators will not release the package to you and will send it back to zoey design studio in Istanbul.

You are able to request a return within 15 days from the delivery date for all countries. In order for the return to be successful, the product should be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. You have a further 15 days from when authorised to physically send back the return.
Please contact [email protected] before posting back the package in order to obtain a Return Authorisation number and the relevant information in order to complete the process. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery will not be accepted. We have the full discretion to accept or reject the return.
