RETRUN & EXCHANGE
You are able to request a return within 15 days from the delivery date for all countries. In order for the return to be successful, the product should be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. You have a further 15 days from when authorised to physically send back the return.
Please contact email@example.com before posting back the package in order to obtain a Return Authorisation Number and the relevant information in order to complete the process.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery will not be accepted. We have the full discretion to accept or reject the return.
However, products that are customized with letters are not returnable. You can ask for change and we may accept it. If we accept your request to change, you should to pay the difference in price (if there is any), on prior.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return and refund are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 72 hours of receipt of your return. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURN
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We do not take responsibility for any products lost or damaged during the return shipping.
Please note that zoey design is not responsible for the customs tariffs and other fees. Payment of these amounts will be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. You can refer to your country’s local customs authority website for the latest update on rates. In case this fee is not paid by the recipient, customs will not release the package and will send it back to zoey design in Istanbul.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

- For international orders, our delivery takes 1-5 business days.
